Cell Phones: In consideration of our guests, loud cell phone conversations on the styling floor are prohibited.

Children and Teens: to maintain a relaxing environment, we are asking that any children under the age of five (unless being serviced), are not permitted. Anyone under 18, having services that use chemicals, must be accompanied by an adult or have written permission.

Scheduling: We advise our guests to please arrive on time for all scheduled appointment times. Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to the establishment; so that we will be able to operate I excellence.

Late Arrivals: Depending on the service and the availability of the staff, if a customer is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment - and there is not a reasonable expectation of finishing on time - the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Home care maintenance: Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. Your specialist will recommend a home care regimen to maintain your results between visits.
